Returns Policy:

  • It is the duty of the customer to examine all goods immediately upon receipt and all claims shall be notified to us within 7 days.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition that they were recieved.

  • To return an item you need to contact our customer services department who will provide a returns reference.

When returning goods please pack securely along with original despatch note (if possible) and write the returns reference clearly on the outside of the packaging.


Important:

  • We cannot refund items returned without correct returns reference or original despatch note.
  • Returns sent by post are at your own cost. Make sure you obtain a free stamped Proof of Postage from the Post Office as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit or damaged on their way back to us.
  • Your refund will be processed within 14 working days. We will refund the cost of the item, but not the postage  This does not affect your normal legal rights.
